For those of you that didn't know, I was diagnosed with Hodgkin's disease on Dec. 27th & have been undergoing many tests to see just how far along I am, so that I can be treated.
Well, my port has been in for about a week now & is almost healed completely...I've been getting everything done as far as the dentist goes, before I start Chemo...which included having my wisdom teeth pulled yesterday morning, wasn't all that bad...they gave me about 8 shots in the gums & went to work, it took all of about 40 min....they gave me a choice of music to listen to while I was having this done & I chose CCR, I must say it was kinda weird to listen to with a dentist yanking at my mouth...hahaha

As for the Hodgkin's, I am scheduled to see my Oncologist next week & finally get the Chemo. going.

I'm definately enjoying being back in school for the most part, my Tues/Thur teacher is a bit of a jackass, but Mon/Wed is good...I did an oil/filter change & rotated some tires...very basic, but I got to do something right?

By the way, has anyone on here dealt with Medical Bills & have any bright ideas on the best way to go about paying for all this...I've never had to deal with something like this before.

After a conversation this weekend, a conclusion was made that society in general now days has such a lack of enthusiasm for most anything. Clubs are dead, if not close to it...punks? goths? where did everyone go? Nobody has the motivation to get out there & even stand out anymore...remember when you were a kid & you could go out & see Christmas lights everywhere you went in Dec.?...have you noticed that people just seem to lazy to even do that anymore....I've just noticed a lot of things losing their umph:( Pick it up people, go out & do something/be a part of something/anything! Whatever it is that you just "haven't had the time for"...go do it! Before it's too late...we all die sometime & it seems to me that a lot of people are just wasting away...

Saw it last night...well.........

It was good, I have to give it that...Johnny Depp was wonderful as usual, but definately doesn't even COMPARE to the original. Was definately Tim Burton & I think that's what diappointed me. Don't get me wrong I like his work, but I think he was the wrong choice for the movie, just wasn't the RIGHT vibe....more cheesy than sadistic...know what I mean? ehhh...oh well

I suggest waiting to rent it.
